Compensation: Base salary: $225,000 per year + performance-based payout

About the role

What You'll Be Doing

As a Portfolio Manager, you will develop and manage systematic strategies in equities and/or futures across US and global markets. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing alpha-generating strategies
• Optimizing portfolio construction
• Implementing a robust risk management framework
• Overseeing the entire investment process, from research and signal generation to execution and performance attribution
• Building and leading your own team as you scale

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of track record running quant strategies in equities or futures as a sub-PM or senior QR
• Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD from a top-tier university in a quantitative or technical field
• Strong hands-on programming skills with large financial datasets
• Creative, analytical, and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
